If you meet our requirements as a cityservice agent, we will assign you a "territory" based on your current area of influence (must be within Bucks or Montgomery Counties, Pennsylvania). cityservice will then provide you with an active "pipeline" of qualified leads within your territory. You will not have to waste time or money prospecting! Our prospects specifically want to work within the unique cityservice commission framework, so competition from traditional offices is minimal. Because cityservice agents do not have to market themselves or spend money prospecting, at the end of the year the agent will have net income very close to what they gross!

To qualify as a cityservice agent (and territorial exclusivity) you must:
* Be a Pennsylvania licensed real estate salesperson or broker
* Have a minimum of 2 years experience in real estate
* Be able to work from a home office
* Have a computer or laptop and working knowledge of the internet
* Be able to convert a reasonable percentage of the qualified leads cityservice provides you
